7th Division

Large-Scale Operations

The 7th Division is in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing large missions. Everything is run through their division first, and if approved, the 7th Division gathers the required shinigami from each division, assembles them, assigns duties, plans the attack, coordinate the shinigami according to the mission, execute the attack, and then keep maintenance over it. That includes sending out more reinforcements and information regarding the mission.

Recruitment

The captain and the lieutenant both intensely believe in living by a strong sense of duty and have passed this moral characteristic on to the lower-ranking soldiers. The chivalrous men of the 7th Division respect honor above all else and in order to live by their honor, they will offer their blades and even throw away their own lives if they must to fulfill their duty. The division's atmosphere is one of passionate energy, with fine men who take pride in being well-built.

* First thing's first, follow all the rules of the Soul Society.
* Respect everyone in and outside the Division, especially the Captains and Lieutenants.
* Never leave your comrade during in terms of need.
* Must treat everyone in the division as a family member or a friend, if not, just respect.
* No one is allowed to attack another member of the Division.
* The Captain has the right to remove anyone from their rank and position from a valid reasonable reason.
* The Captain has the right to promote anyone below his rank.
* Never let the Division to be insulted or being disrespected.
* The member has the right to ask help or tell his problems to the Captain or the Lieutenant.
* If someone on the Division breaks the rule, just PM the Captain right away.

* Position battles must be consulted and monitored by the Captain.
* The Captain alone may create the topic of the battle.
* No killing during position battles.
* Position battles must be located inside the Division.
* The Captain has the right to decide who's the winner.
* Respect the Captain's decision regarding the winner of the position spar.
